We, as Latter-day Saints, can chose whether we are part of the contest creating a shadow in the valley; or part of the light on the mountain, arriving like the sun as it’s rays begin to shine from beyond the mountain into the valley below; dispelling darkness and dispersing light to all who are seeking for it!

When I see people lining up to support Donald Trump and other politicians, pundits and promulgators who’s values and behaviors are so disparate from their own, I immediately seem to hear echo’s of the chant, “GIVE US BARABBAS!“

Socialism or Capitalism?
In the beginning two plans were presented.
The second plan was that we could have anything in this world for money!
The first plan was to Love Our Neighbor, Lift the Feeble, Feed the Hungry, Clothe the Naked.
The author of the second plan came and is reigning with money and terror.
Jesus Christ came and enacted the first plan, loving all neighbors, feeding those hungry, clothing naked, healing illness, listening, and empathizing; all without cost to recipients.
Jesus asks us to follow him as disciples, doing as He did!
